Lisa Costin . Co-Founder + Creative Director
As Creative Director of A Charming Fete, Lisa oversees and directs the design aesthetic and creative quality of every contracted event and editorial project. With a maximum attention to detail and a carefully trained eye, creating refined and highly personal events is what she does best. Without a doubt, thoughtful design and on-point details are imperative to a gorgeous and memorable event but Lisa’s understanding of styling, floral design, careful editing and her willingness to think outside of the box will make all of the difference in your experience. She holds a BSBA Marketing degree and an MBA from John Carroll University. She works side by side with Co-Founder, Somer Khouri Bedran to manage all business operations. Lisa enjoys drawing inspiration from her home life as well, where she is wife to a wonderful husband and mother of two little girls.
Somer Khouri Bedran . Co-Founder + Event Director
As Event Director of A Charming Fete, Somer oversees the planning, production and execution of contracted events and also directs weddings and high profile social and corporate events for her own clients. Somer manages business operations side by side with Co-Founder, Lisa Costin. Somer prides herself in planning and organizing every last detail to perfection and works tirelessly to ensure flawless execution and crisis aversion. She finds it most rewarding to watch an event come to fruition, to see the vision fully achieved and the overjoyed emotional reaction of clients when their expectations are exceeded. Somer holds a BSBA Marketing degree from John Carroll University and she also studied at Virginia Marti College of Art and Design. Somer is a wife and mother of three little ones and tries to seize the opportunity every day to create wonderful and precious memories.
Tiffany Dziak . Event Planner / Wedding Planner
Tiffany is an invaluable asset to A Charming Fete's design and planning teams. She brings creative innovative ideas and impeccable taste to her clients events as well as an unmatched attention to detail. She possesses and practices meticulous planning management skills and has worked alongside Lisa and Somer on weddings and social events for the past five years. She loves designing memorable and heart-felt weddings but also can't resist dreaming up wildly creative childrens parties and whimsical dessert tables. She works collaboratively with her clients to bring their vision to life in the most perfect way possible. She holds a BSBA Marketing degree from Bowling Green State University.
Lauren Hibbard . Event Planner / Wedding Planner
Lauren boasts a range of skills making her a notable and significant member of our team. Her experience can be summed up in two simple words: peace and creativity. With over 13 years as a licensed massage therapist and 3 years as a yoga instructor, Lauren can maintain an unparalleled level of calm in stressful situations. In the often hectic world of event planning, she expertly navigates through with efficiency, ease, and kindness. In addition to her peaceful and calming aura, Lauren is a certified wedding planner and also studied event planning and design at Akron University. Her personal design style combines meaningful vintage and heirloom pieces with modern touches. In her spare time, she enjoys quality time with her daughter and making fun crafts for her classes, interior design, and eating chocolate.
Maggie Mitchell . Event Planner / Wedding Planner
Maggie’s longstanding career in the upscale hospitality business led her to discover her passion for event planning. She continues to execute successful, flawless events for A Charming Fete in a more creative and ever-changing environment. Maggie has a knack for producing original and highly personalized events and works collaboratively with her clients to realize their vision. She strives to take their ideas and dreams and turn them into something tangible and real. Although she loves planning social and corporate events, her heart lies in creating and orchestrating unforgettable weddings that remind her of that magical day she married her best friend and partner in life.
Erica Lasky . Event Planner / Wedding Planner
Erica is a Cleveland native, wanderluster, sports fanatic and animal lover. She graduated with a business degree from Birmingham-Southern College in Alabama but chose to return home to Ohio to pursue Event Planning as her passion. With a love for people and beautiful events, Erica loves working with clients on a collaborative vision and bringing it to life in the most harmonious fashion. Her organization skills and attention to detail are always on point.
Kristina Domanski . Event Planner / Wedding Planner
Kristina is an experienced and seasoned event planner, joining our team after nearly a decade of planning beautiful beachfront weddings on the North Shore of Hawaii where she worked alongside a team of professionals, achieving 6 years of The Knot, Best of Weddings. After relocating back to her hometown, she is continuing to live out her passion and devotion to event planning with A Charming Fete. Kristina considers her work to be heart-centered, as she always pairs her genuine care, patience and compassion for people, with her outstanding skills of communication, organization and day-of event presentation while devising a thoughtfully crafted plan to accomplish the glowing visions of each of her unique and lovely clients. With her sweetly calming demeanor, she will graciously guide you through the planning process, providing the necessary reassurance that it takes to create an enjoyable experience while blossoming dreamy ideas into beautiful reality. Jenny comes from a long history of luxury wedding and event planning for the Ritz Carlton in Cleveland and in San Francisco and also independent wedding planning in both California and Ohio. With clients ranging from former presidents to iconic celebrities, she is experienced in meeting very high expectations in any given situation. Jenny's number one priority is to create and execute your dream day. Whatever your style, Jenny loves to design one of a kind experiences for her clients that will create memories they can cherish for a lifetime.

Jena brings a cool breath of fresh air to the team. After studying Retail Merchandising and Fashion Product Development at Ohio University, she began pursuing her passion for design. She offers a fresh take on tradition and has an eye for a modern, chic style. She is versatile, organized and quick thinking and works until every detail is perfect. Jena loves forecasting the latest in fashion and wedding trends and keeps us on our toes and ahead of the curve.
